What is Business Administration College Council?
We are a non-profit organization partially funded by Student Government. BACC works with the student organizations in the Warrington College of Business to maintain and improve the quality of education that our college offers. We organize and sponsor student events, participate in community service projects, and act as leaders in the Warrington College of Business Administration.
Why Join a Student Business Organization?
As you may remember, when high school students apply to undergrad colleges, admissions officers look for applicants with several clubs and interests on their resumes. To list "National Honor Society" and a few other organizations on a resume is often good enough for the application. Yet when you apply to graduate school or for full-time jobs, these entities seek applicants who are not only members of organizations, but ones who play active roles in them.

WCBA organizations give students the chance to lead activities, participate in community service events, learn about new leadership and educational opportunities, and develop life-long business skills. We've got a niche for just about everyone, and many events are completely free to you. So really, you've got no excuse not to join one!  The best way to find out about all of the WCBA happenings is to attend Business Bash.  More info on Business Bash is listed on our Events page.
How Do I Join BACC?
By joining one of the 20+ organizations in the council, you become a part of BACC.  If you wish to attend council meetings, contact the president of your club about serving as that group's delegate.  If you'd like to serve on BACC executive board, we hold elections right after Spring Break each year.  All business majors are eligible to run for BACC executive board.
